Now, you can create custom to-do lists on dashboards to see all relevant tasks on one screen. The user can have a dashboard that shows to-dos grouped into smaller sections based on the project’s criteria, for example, based on the current project process.
Now, sorting the quotes list by Creation time and Update time is possible.
Now, it's possible to set the project image source as a link in the widget configuration. So, it's also much easier for the users to update the link input with the image URL. First, upload the photo to the Archdesk files section and get the link, or use your storage.
The user can fill in the form information directly from the project dashboard, so it can optimize your work by keeping all actions in the same place. In case there are a lot of project's forms, that’s the way to group them in a more user-friendly way.
Now, you can track the most important tasks from the project schedule on the project dashboard! It’s possible to filter them by the tasks criteria such as Title, Discipline, Status or Completion. Optionally you can create a summary widget on the main project dashboard to show all upcoming or due tasks.
Pro tip: Use the same name of the main task for all projects and track the project completion by automatically calculated Archdesk formulas, if there’re sub-tasks.
Now, there’s a possibility to display all business contact’s addresses on one map on the contact dashboard. It may be very helpful when the business has multiple locations.
You will recognize address types (company, home, billing) by different colours.
This functionality is enabled for business contacts, individual contacts and employees.
Now, it’s possible to generate an e-mail invitation and send it externally to 3rd party to complete the form. It may be helpful within the pre-qualification process with your subcontractors and suppliers to get relevant information, such as certificates or insurance documentation.
We implemented a new type of input - a data source that can handle advanced dictionaries. The user can select multiple values on project, contacts etc. and filter or search accordingly. It provides more transparency than choice inputs, with the possibility to group inputs into categories.
This type can be used across all system modules; it can be very beneficial for classifying the companies you cooperate with to support you with quick data searches and filtering lists to match your criteria.
