When exporting a valuation in the excel format (Quotes -> Payments - > Valuation -> View - Export Excel Valuation) the retention figures are now populated.
It is now possible to view the invoices issued for a specific valuation. Go to Quote-> Payments - > Valuation.

It is now possible to update project details (inputs) by submitting a form (or performing a pre-defined triggered action on a form).
Example. A Project Manager signs up a "Finished Project Report" filling in the exact project end date into a form.
The end date is automatically updated on the project details level and can be used in e.g. the WIP report (or any report built on the project-data generator).
To set up the Project Details update action, go to Settings&Preferences -> General -> Workflows -> Create New Workflow.
Select Forms and the desired trigger action.
Find the Form by it's name and select the "Copy Form input onto project details" Action.
Match Form input (by name) to the corresponding Project Detail field to which the data should automatically be added.
Tender Module - all error notifications will be now displayed in the pop-up red box in the top right corner.
The Mobile App issues related to the viewing of the Forms in Archdesk have been resolved. There is now the possibility to scroll through the form (up and down) and fill in the data in the horizontal orientation mode. Additionally the app mobile responsiveness has been improved
New Version of the Programme and the Gantt Chart View is now available under Project-> Programme. This version allows you to track the tasks on your projects, in relationship with the resources you have assigned (be it Employees or Assets). It also allows you to view the percentage of the task completed, expand on the tasks and have better visuals on your team’s schedule.
The new version of the Mobile App is now available on AppleStore and Google Play.
Archdesk can visually help you see the users of your system and the type of access they have.
Under Company, go to Employees. You will see the following types of accesses:
1) Normal - full access of the system feature, access depending of the department structure the person is under.
2) Mobile Only - the access is only for the Mobile App users. Limited access of system features.
3) No Access - absolutely no access to Archdesk.
Starting today, the integration activation token no longer expires after 30 mins. The connection between the 2 systems will remain as long as you will see the status as “Active”. IF the status is not active, please go to Xero > Settings > Connected Apps > Click on the 3 dots next to Archdesk > Disconnect. Then go inside Archdesk and Activate the connection
You can read more about the Xero integration in the instructions HERE.
