Programme – Baseline Visibility in Table View

Baseline dates and durations are now available as dedicated columns in the Programme view, giving you an instant side-by-side view of your original plan against current progress — no need to switch to the Gantt view.

This makes it faster to spot delays, communicate schedule changes to stakeholders, and keep projects on track without extra clicks.

To enable Baseline columns: Right-click any column header in the Programme table → Columns → select Baseline Start, Baseline Finish, and/or Baseline Duration.

Note: Columns will only display data once a Baseline has been created. If multiple Baselines exist, the columns will reflect data from the first created Baseline.

Programme (P6 XML) – Improved Import Capabilities

Baseline data is now supported when importing from Primavera P6 XML, meaning your schedules come into Archdesk with baseline start, finish, and duration already in place. This keeps your planned vs. actual view accurate from day one, cutting out manual rework after every import.

To import with baseline data: Go to Programme View → Import/Export → Import and select the P6 Programme XML Importer from the available import options.

Refreshed Forms & Submission Lists (Extended)

The refreshed Forms and Submission Lists interface — previously available for Project Forms — has now been extended to Company, Employee, Contact, and Asset Forms. Every team member, regardless of what area of the Archdesk web application they work in, now benefits from the same intuitive experience when capturing and reviewing form data.

This means less time adapting to different interfaces and more consistency in how your organisation manages information across projects, people, and assets.

Note: Mobile application support is not included in this release.

Add Items to Existing Quote from Form

When converting a Form into a Quote, you can now add items directly to an existing Quote rather than starting from scratch — keeping your BoQs up to date without duplication or manual re-entry.

To use it: Ensure your Form is configured for Quote/BoQ conversion, then open the Form and select Add items to existing Quote from Options. To set this up, reach out to the Archdesk Support Team.

Filter Dashboards by Form Submission Criteria

Dashboard widgets can now be filtered by Form Submission criteria — such as status, date, or submitted by — giving you more targeted, relevant reporting without extra manual effort. The filters can be changed dynamically from the Dashboard level.

Note: This may require configuration by the Dashboard owner.

Control Duplicate Form Submissions

Administrators can now control whether duplicate Form submissions are permitted, helping enforce data quality and avoid unintended repeat entries in operational workflows.

To configure: Go to Forms Creator and find the setting under the Access tab.

⚠️ All existing Forms will have duplication enabled by default to preserve current behaviour. All newly created Forms will have duplication disabled by default. This change also applies to the Archdesk Lite Mobile application.

Purchase Order Amendments – Improved Visibility

The Amendments tab on a Purchase Order is now visible regardless of approval status, making it easier to review the amendment history at any stage. Previously, the tab was only accessible once a Purchase Order was fully approved.

Note: Creating, editing, or removing amendments still requires the Purchase Order to be fully approved.

Link Business to Business during Import

When importing Business Contacts, you can now link them directly to other Business Contacts as part of the import process. Simply include the related contact's name in the new Business column — no manual linking required after the fact. This improves data structure from the outset and is particularly valuable when working with larger datasets.

When importing Individual Contacts, Business links can now also be established by Reference, in addition to the existing Name-based matching. Reference matching reduces the risk of incorrect links caused by typos or duplicate Business names, making imports more reliable and accurate.

Redesigned Purchase Order Preview

The Purchase Order preview layout has been improved to make key information easier to review. It now follows a familiar structure used in the Quotes module, making it quicker to understand and navigate. Collapsible groups help you focus on the details you need, reducing the time spent searching through information.

The Purchase Order Items table now includes several improvements to make reviewing and working with items easier. You can switch to fullscreen mode for better visibility, see totals in asummary row including Retention total, and use the new Unit column for clearer item details. Filtering and sorting have also been improved, and standard table features such as column reordering and saving your table view are now available.

Project Budget auto recalculation & reporting improvements

Project Budgets are now recalculated automatically in the background, ensuring your financial data is always up to date. You can also display Budget Codes and custom item inputs on reports and dashboards, including totals across multiple projects, giving you a clearer overview of costs and helping with more informed decision-making.
