GPS Location for Form Submissions

Forms submitted from the mobile app now capture the submission's GPS location.

This provides a clearer context for on-site activity and helps confirm where a form was completed.
It improves transparency for field teams and supports verification of submissions when reviewing data in Archdesk.

Improvement
yesterday

Project Site Address on Timesheet Records

Timesheet records now display the Project Site Address linked to the Programme task used for clock-in and clock-out.

This makes it easy to quickly verify where time was recorded, without checking the project setup or task details.

By seeing the site address directly on the Timesheet, reviewers can better understand and validate clock-in/clock-out locations in relation to the project schedule.

Improvement
yesterday

Landscape PDF Export of Submitted Forms

Submitted Forms can now be exported as PDFs in Landscape orientation, making wide content, such as tables or structured data, much easier to read.

The orientation can be configured per Form.

Activation required: Available once enabled by an Archdesk Administrator.

Improvement

Default Values for Form Fields

Form creators can now define default values for selected Form input types (Text, Text Area, Choice and Checkbox).

This speeds up form filling by pre-filling commonly used inputs, while still allowing users to edit values when needed.

Activation required: Available once enabled by an Archdesk Administrator.

Rounded Timesheet Entries

Timesheet start and end times can now be automatically rounded based on company settings.

This improves consistency in time reporting and simplifies review, approval, and downstream calculations.

Activation required: Available once enabled by an Archdesk Administrator.

Table Layout Widget

A new Table Layout widget lets you collect structured, repeatable data directly inside a single Form.

Instead of duplicating the same fields multiple times, users can add rows dynamically, making Forms clearer, faster to fill in, and easier to review.

Activation required: Available once enabled by an Archdesk Administrator.

Product Catalogue Widget on Forms

Forms can now include a Product Catalogue widget, allowing users to search and select Products directly from your Stock.

This ensures data accuracy, avoids free-text product entries, and creates a stronger link between Forms and your Catalogue data.

⚠️ The widget provides data security by showing only the Products a user has access to. The input is hidden on Forms shared externally (via link).

Activation required: Available once enabled by an Archdesk Administrator.

Stock Product Batches & Availability

Stock management now supports Product Batches, giving you clear visibility into what was delivered, when, at what cost, and from which supplier.

You can track availability across locations and understand exactly which batch each stock movement comes from - improving accuracy in warehouse, project costing, and reporting.

Activation required: Enabled by an Archdesk Administrator.

FIFO Stock Deduction with Manual Batch Selection

Stock deductions can now follow FIFO (First-in-First-out) logic of Batch selection by default, ensuring predictable and auditable cost handling.

At the same time, users can manually select a specific Batch when needed - giving flexibility without losing control over stock accuracy.

Activation required: Enabled by an Archdesk Administrator.

Initial Product Quantity Import & Manual Stock Adjustments

You can now import initial product quantities and adjust stock batches via Excel, making it easier to launch or reconcile inventory without manual setup.

This allows teams to manage stock quantities and costs at scale while keeping changes traceable in the system.

Activation required: Stock import/export tools must be enabled by an Archdesk Administrator.
