Deduct Break Time on Timesheets
Define a daily break duration and threshold (minimum spent time to apply break) for your entire company. Break Time is calculated automatically, and Hours Worked are shown after break deductions - Spent Time remains unchanged.
This improves accuracy, increases transparency, and reduces manual adjustments in Timesheet reporting and approvals.
Now visible in:
- Timesheet Record Preview
- Timesheet table (new columns: Break Time, Hours Worked)
⚠️ Break Time applies only to Timesheets created after activation. Existing Timesheets are not affected.
Activation Required: Available once enabled by an Archdesk Administrator.
