Project Controls now uses Progress instead of Schedule Completion, making the terminology consistent across Project Controls, exports and widgets.

A new Planned Progress column lets you compare the expected progress of a task with its actual progress.

• Progress: shows the actual progress aggregated from all tasks assigned to the relevant CBS.
• Planned Progress: calculates progress based on the number of calendar days elapsed between the task's Start Date and End Date.

The calculation includes weekends and holidays, counts both the first and last day, and excludes cancelled tasks.

This helps you identify tasks that may be ahead of or behind their planned schedule.
