Invoices synced to QuickBooks now bring their attachments with them, instead of leaving supporting documents behind in Archdesk.

• Attachments on an approved Invoice are automatically uploaded to QuickBooks and linked to the matching invoice
• Supports PDFs, common image formats, and standard documents like Word, Excel, CSV and text files
• Any upload issues are logged and visible in your integration settings

Invoice documentation stays together with the financial record in QuickBooks, cutting out the need to re-upload files by hand.

⚠️ Attachments larger than 25 MB per file aren't synced to QuickBooks.
