Document input values can now be calculated automatically based on values in other fields, using the same type of automation already available for other modules, such as Projects and Quotes.

• Calculate Document custom input values using expressions.
• Use Document data and approval-stage information to determine calculated values.
• Trigger Workflows when an external approver approves or declines a Document.

This reduces manual updates and helps keep Document information consistent with the approval process.
