With this new setting, Users will be able to prevent issuing a Purchase Order if its value exceeds its Budget limitation. Our notification system will also inform Users about the reason for this blocking. For example:

This setting can be turned on and off at the Champion/Owner's request. Please note that it requires the Budget module to be activated and for Purchase Order's Items to be assigned to the proper Budget Code.
