New Data Tables Views are soon coming to Archdesk. The view on certain lists will be changing to allow for more flexibility and customisation. You will be able to save your views, filter and sort by different criteria as well as extend the view by adding more columns. You can save your view by right-clicking on the list.

When the change is deployed, go to the List Options and autosize the columns first. Then adjust your view.

You have the ability to right-click on the list view and save columns state for everyone. This action will OVERWRITE their own view if they set up one previously.

As an admin you can also export any view to CSV or Excel.
