I like that we were able to launch announcekit from our own icon within our app. It helped keep our design system consistent. Additionally, it was perhaps the least expensive and easiest implementation I've ever done and it has had the highest effort:impact ratio on NPS than anything else we've ever done. Right out the box Announcekit looks great! It's easy to set up and the UI is clean and easy to use. The team are constantly bringing out really great updates to make announcements stand out to your customers. The post editor has all the tools you'd expect such as inline images, video and URLs. One of the coolest features is user engagement tracking. You can see which updates make users happy, sad or indifferent. We regularly use the subscriber email feature that sends specific posts direct to their inbox. This helps make important feature announcments more visible.

The ability to provide my client access to (1) portal (AnnounceKit)....and give them the ability to post announcements, updates or information directly into the WordPress site (we manage for them).
