How does AnnounceKit pricing work?
AnnounceKit is fully modular. You pick the products you need and add add-ons that apply across everything you own. Prices simply add up, and your total is always visible while you choose. Every workspace includes 10,000 monthly active users and every product includes 3 team members; unlimited seats with roles are a flat $39 add-on. Pay monthly, or annually and save about 20%.
What counts as a monthly active user?
One unique person who loads your AnnounceKit widget in a calendar month. Anonymous visitors are counted once per browser, identified users once per user id. Traffic on your public standalone changelog page does not count toward MAU.
What happens if I go over my included MAU?
Every plan includes 10,000 MAU. Beyond that, each additional 5,000 MAU costs $25 per month. There is no hard cutoff and your widget never stops working. For comparison, Beamer charges $50 for the same block. Above 100,000 MAU, Enterprise is the right fit.
Are the API, webhooks and MCP server extra?
No. Every product includes our GraphQL API and webhooks, Zapier and Slack integrations, and the official AnnounceKit MCP server. Agents like Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT can draft, publish and schedule posts and read feedback or NPS, on your request. Automation is part of the platform, never a paid add-on.
Which integrations are included?
All of them, with the product they serve. Platform glue - the GraphQL API, webhooks, Zapier, Slack and our MCP server - ships with every product. Product connectors ship inside their product: JIRA sync with Feature Requests, the Intercom Messenger app with Changelog. There are no integration paywalls.
How do multiple projects work?
A license covers exactly one project: one changelog, one audience, one MAU allowance. That applies at every level, Enterprise included. Running several brands or products? Each takes its own license.
Do you charge per seat or per team member?
Never per seat. Every product includes 3 team members; the Unlimited Team & RBAC add-on ($39/mo flat) unlocks unlimited members with owner, manager, editor and viewer roles. Your bill never grows with headcount.
Can I combine products, and how is the total calculated?
Yes, combine any products and add-ons. There are no bundles and no hidden math: prices simply add up, and the running total is shown at the bottom of the page while you pick. An add-on is priced once and applies to every product you own.
Can I buy the Knowledge Base or NPS without the changelog?
Yes. Every product stands on its own. The Knowledge Base ships with its own help center domain, and NPS includes audience targeting out of the box. Start with a single product and add others whenever you like.
How long is the free trial?
15 days with full access to every product and every add-on. No credit card required. When the trial ends you pick the products you want to keep, and your content is preserved either way.
How does AnnounceKit compare to Beamer?
Our changelog with 10,000 MAU included costs $59 against Beamer's $119 Pro plan with the same allowance. Our MAU overage is $25 per 5,000, exactly half of Beamer's $50. Feature requests are $49 against their $99 add-on, NPS $59 against their $99. And team members are never billed per seat.

I am an existing customer. Does this change my plan?
No. Existing customers keep their current plans, prices and features exactly as they are. The modular model applies to new signups. If you want to add new products like the Knowledge Base or NPS, you can do so from your dashboard at any time.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you about 20% with clean, rounded prices: the Changelog drops from $59 to $49 and the Knowledge Base from $69 to $55 per month. MAU overage is usage and is always billed monthly.
Can I change my products later?
Yes. Add or remove products and add-ons at any time from your dashboard. Changes are prorated automatically against your current billing cycle.
Is AnnounceKit GDPR and SOC 2 compliant?
Yes. AnnounceKit is fully GDPR compliant with data processing agreements and data deletion support. SOC 2 report access, security questionnaires, and standard DPA and NDA signing come with the Legal & Compliance add-on. Enterprise adds annual security reviews and custom contracts.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 7-day refund policy on all plans, no questions asked. You can also cancel anytime from your dashboard with no cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. Enterprise customers can pay by wire transfer or purchase order.
Do you have a startup program?
Yes. Qualifying early-stage startups get 50% off any AnnounceKit product for 12 months. Your company must have fewer than 5 employees, be less than 2 years old, and have raised no more than $1M.

I have more than 100,000 MAU. Am I forced onto Enterprise?
No. Self-serve keeps working and overage keeps billing at $25 per 5,000; nothing shuts off. Enterprise simply becomes the cheaper option: at that traffic its $799 base with 100,000 MAU included and $20-per-5,000 volume overage beats any self-serve basket. We will show you the math, not a wall.
Who is the Enterprise plan for?
Enterprise starts at $799 per month, billed annually, and includes every product and add-on with 100,000 MAU. It adds:
- Audit logs (one year of history) and IP-restricted private changelogs
- SLAs with uptime credits and a 4-business-hour first response
- SOC 2 reports, security questionnaires and annual reviews
- Custom contracts, SLAs, wire transfer and purchase orders
