Bug Fixes

  • Hours Field Issue: Fixed an issue where the "hours" field was not locked for a closed leg when editing a voyage route.
  • Voyage SMS Notifications: Resolved an issue preventing some users from receiving their voyage SMS notifications.
  • Name Search Functionality: Fixed an issue with the name search functionality in Resource Plan and Personnel Groups.
  • Qualification Dropdown Label: Corrected the Qualification dropdown label in myTrackit.

New Feature: "Planner" Screen in Resource Plan

We have added a new screen called "Planner" in the Plan area of Resource Plan. This feature provides an additional view of personnel requests, allowing users to easily adjust the start and end dates of requests with a simple drag and drop.

The Planner view can now be enabled or disabled through the Setup section of The Planner view can now be enabled or disabled through the Setup section of Resource Plan. .

Some Key Features:

  • Drag and Drop Functionality: Adjust request dates by dragging the start or end to a new date.
  • Grouped by Company: Requests are organized by company for better clarity.
  • Activity Names: View activity names and additional details by clicking on a request cell.

Additional Functionalities on Drag and Drop:

  • Multi-Person Requests: For requests involving multiple people, a confirmation screen will appear, offering options to:
    • Update All People in Request
    • Split and Move the selected person
  • Multiple Date Ranges: If a request spans multiple date ranges, users can choose to:
    • Update Just This Date Range
    • Update All Future Date Ranges

Resource Plan Changes

We have made the following improvements to Resource Plan requests based on your feedback.

Enhanced Request Editing: You can now split individuals from requests, allowing you to make changes to specific requests without affecting others. Simply click the cog icon next to the person you wish to edit and select "Split." This action will create a separate request for that individual, enabling you to adjust it independently.

Multiple Personnel Selection: When creating or editing a request, you can now select multiple people at once. This streamlines the process and makes it easier to manage requests involving several individuals.

Bug Fixes

We have fixed the following bugs.

  • Location Qualifications: Resolved an issue where qualifications were not appearing when added to a Location.
  • Site Competencies: Fixed the problem of minimum site competencies being removed when editing personnel in POB.
  • Email Notifications: Corrected the issue where email notifications for qualifications were not displaying in Personnel profiles.

Qualification Categories

Users will now be able to add Qualifications to specific Qualification Categories for reporting purposes. 

Qualification Categories can be added from the Qualifications section in the Admin menu. Qualification Types have been renamed to Equivalency Groups.

This will allow users to run the Qualifications Report for specific Qualification Categories without having to select each Qualification. The report will show every Qualification added to the selected category/categories.

Personnel Settings

Two new were added to the Setup section in the Personnel module. 

  • Require Passport/IC Number? - Enabling this setting will make it mandatory for users to add Passport/IC Numbers when adding personnel.
  • Prevent Duplicate Passport/IC Numbers? - Enabling this setting will prevent users from adding multiple people with the same Passport/IC Number.

Marine Changes

Based on feedback from some of our customers, we have added the ability to show cancelled (deleted) voyages in the Marine Calendar.

To display cancelled voyages on the calendar, select the Cancelled check box in the filters and reload the calendar.

Aviation Changes

We've introduced icons to indicate the type of flight in the Flight Calendar. Please note that due to varying background colors denoting flight statuses, some icon colors may not be clearly visible.

To customize Flight Type colors, simply select a different color from the Flight Types section under Aviation Setup.

We have also added a filter to show cancelled(deleted) flights.

Resource Plan Changes

Based on user feedback, we have added the ability to ungroup the display in the Plan page. 

To remove the grouping, deselect the Request check box under Group By in the filter section of the Plan page and click on Search.

To edit the requests in this view, click on the View Request button to display the Personnel Request Details page.

The Personnel Request Details page will show all the people linked to the request and changes made to the request will be applied to everyone. To edit the request, click on Edit at the bottom of the page.

Menu Changes

Users now have the ability to rearrange their main menu order on the left-hand side.

Follow these steps to change the order of your menu:

  1. Click on My Account in the top right-hand corner under your account name.
  2. Then click on Menu Settings on the top of the page.
  3. Drag and drop the modules to the desired position.
  4. Click on Save Menu Settings at the bottom of the page.

Admin users have the ability to customize the menu order by accessing Menu Settings in the Instance Settings section. Please be aware that modifying the default order will affect all users who have not personalized their own settings. This change may cause confusion for users who are not expecting it.
