We made it easier for users to set Vessels as POB Locations by linking a vessel with a location.
To link a vessel and a location, select the location from the "POB Location" dropdown list when creating/editing a vessel in Fleet Management.

We have changed the layout of Step 3 (People) when creating a new personnel request. We have removed the Resource Providing Company, Role Code, Role Category and Role dropdowns.
This will allow users to select multiple people from different companies with different roles in a single request.
When assigning a TBA or requesting people, users can select people with specific roles from specific companies in the Add Personnel Request page dropdowns.
Users can also search for and add personnel without selecting the company or role. Roles can be selected after the person/s are added to the Requested People list.
Activity - Resource Requests
We have added a New Personnel Request button to the Resource Requests tab in the Activity section.
Users can now add people to an Activity without having to create Requirements first, by selecting the New Personnel Request option in the Resource Requests tab. This process is the same as the one in the Plan section mentioned above.
Setup Settings
We added the option to set Cost Codes as Block, Warning or Off when no Cost Codes are selected.
The option to “Enable automatic POB booking from approved Resource Plan requests?” was removed from the Instance Settings page and added to this section.
We also added a new option to allow users to create POB bookings based on the Request start date and not the travel date.
The “Create POB Booking on Request date?” option will ensure that bookings in the POB module and numbers on the Forecast page are correct for people who will not arrive at the POB location on the same date as the travel date.
The Allocator module will now show bookings that were made in the Aviation and Marine modules.
This will allow users to quickly re-allocate passengers who were removed from flights or voyages.
To see in which module the travel request was created, click on the "Manage Columns" button in the Allocator tab and enable the "Request Source" column.
In response to your valuable feedback, we have introduced a new feature in the Rosters section in the Admin menu: "Departure Day After?"
With this update, you can now find a new checkbox in Rosters, allowing you to indicate whether passengers should return onshore on the last day of their roster or the day after. This feature empowers you to tailor rosters more precisely in Resource Plan, POB, and Allocator to your specific needs, optimizing scheduling and logistics for a smoother operational flow.
Why is this Feature Beneficial?
We have fixed an issue where the file attachment icon was not visible when viewing a person's qualifications. A new icon has been added to show if files are attached. Users can view the files by selecting the "View Files" option from the Qualification's cog menu.
We have fixed an issue where users were unable to bulk delete Inventory items.
We have fixed an issue where some users were unable to save changes in Instance Settings.
We have added the ability to create recurring flights for selected days of the week. This will allow users to create a weekly recurring flight for multiple days instead of a separate weekly recurring flight for each day.
We have updated the "Return To Base" functionality in Marine. With the new "Divert" feature, users have the option to divert the vessel back to the base or to a different location. Users will also be able to create a new voyage from the diversion if the vessel will only be able to depart again at a later time or date.

We have updated the way expired qualifications are displayed for personnel. This should make it easier for users to identify if there is a current valid qualification in place of the expired qualification. Users can also choose to group the qualifications by Qualification Type.
We have fixed an issue where the "Go To POB" button in the POB widget did not direct users to the "Current" page in POB.
We have fixed an issue in the Communications module where some of the pages did not load due to the size of the emails.
We have fixed an issue where passengers' cost codes did not populate in Aviation and Marine from the Allocator when using the standby list.
We have fixed an issue where the POB API did not check someone out of a POB and did not update the person's location.
