Print Manifest for all legs

We have added a "Print all legs" option to the Check In/Out screen. This will allow users to print the manifest for all. The manifest will indicate which passengers and cargo are already checked in, with empty boxes for manual entries, for passengers and cargo that were not checked in at the time of printing.

Personnel Module Enhancement

To reduce the number of duplicate personnel being captured, if a user adds a personnel record that already exists in the system, an orange toast box will appear with a link to the possible duplicate profile. This will allow the user to determine if it is indeed a duplicate record before saving the person's information.

Bug Fixes

We have fixed an issue in POB where bunks showed as occupied for bookings that do not overlap.
We have fixed an issue in Alloctor where people were not flagged as "bumped" if the flight or voyage they were allocated to was deleted.

Resource Plan

Users can now choose to show the requestor's name and email address in the Plan grid by selecting the columns using the Manage Columns button.

Personnel Module Enhancements

View Personnel:
We have updated the personnel filters to improve the user experience when searching for personnel. The multi select filters will be displayed by default and will make it easier to find personnel.

Reports:
For users with the Company Only permission, the reports will only show information for companies the user has access to.

Personnel Groups Upgrade

We have started to upgrade the Groups page within the Personnel module for consistency and a better user experience. The new changes will make it easier for users to view, add and manage groups. More changes will be released within the next few weeks to make it easier to find and add people to groups.

Bug fixes

We have fixed an issue where some users received the wrong URL for the Resource Plan in an email communication.

We have fixed an issue where a qualification could not be removed from a Resource Plan Activity.

Double-clicking on buttons caused issues for some users, so we have implemented a double click prevention across the system.  

We have disabled the Save button while the system is calculating flight and voyage times to prevent issues experienced by some users where the flight or voyage times were incorrect.

User experience improvements

To improve the experience of planning voyages for future weeks, users can navigate away from the calendar and will be returned to the last week they were active on when navigating back.
