Administrators will now be able to make changes to email and sms notifications in the Communications module.
To make changes to a template, find the notification in the Communications module, select the Edit button on the top right-hand side of the page, make the required changes and click on Save.

We fixed an issue where some users did not receive their notifications

Due to quarantine requirements for some travellers, the warning that someone's qualification will expire within 28 days, might not be sufficient for all users. We have now given users the ability to set the number of days for the warning.
To change the number of days to warn if a qualification is going to expire, go to the Setup page in the Personnel module and click on Edit.
The changes will be applied to the Aviation, POB, Allocator and Marine modules.
If no changes are made, the default of 28 days will remain.

For any request that requires a wizard to complete, we have moved the "Previous" button to the left-hand side of the tray and the "Next" button to the right-hand side of the tray.

Bug Fixes:

We have made some changes to the Personnel module for a better user experience and to increase consistency.
A new primary button and cog menu was added to view a person's profile or access a person's Qualifications of Leave tabs.

The Edit button is now at the bottom of every editable page and will open a tray for the selected page to be edited, as well as tabs to other pages for quick navigation.

To edit a person's photo, click on the pencil icon in the photo.

We have also added a History tab that will show changes made to a person's profile.

We are pleased to announce that the following improvements are now available;

• We have made it easier for users to select passengers, items, cargo and requests and have access to the cog menu, on all grids in all Modules, without the need to scroll to the end of the grid.
• The checkbox and bulk action menu will now always be on the left of the grid and the new cog menu on the right. These action columns will stay visible when scrolling horizontally.
• The cog menu has been updated to show the primary action as a button and secondary actions when the user clicks on the cog wheel
  
• In the Aviation module, users can now view the description for cargo by clicking on the Info button
  

We have added a standby list that will make it easier for users to add passengers with travel requests, created in the Resource Plan and Allocator modules, to a voyage.

When adding passengers to a voyage, and to view only passengers with travel requests approved in the Resource Plan or Allocator, click on the "Show only Standby list" button. The list will show only passengers with travel requests for that day for the selected Origin and Destination. When these passengers have been added to a voyage, the Resource Plan and Allocator modules will be updated accordingly.

Fixed an issue in POB where the wrong Site Competency was selected when using the search function.

We have added an Offshore Exposure report to the Reports section of the Personnel module that will allow users to see when someone has been offshore for more than a specific number of days within a specified in a period.

 To run the report, select the Threshold (maximum number of days of offshore exposure), the Days In Range (number of days for a period) and the Date Range. When selecting a Start Date, the End Date will automatically be populated based on the Days In Range selected.
