Facebook release guest mode on chat plugin widget - Harafunnel

From August 4, Facebook released the release guest mode on the chat plugin widget.

When your customer chooses the guest mode, Facebook will not identify users (name, gender, region, order history)...

Pros

  • Could be more conversation

Cons

  • Unable to identify customers, purchase history.
  • Can not reply after 24 hours.
  • The transcript of these “guest chats” will remain on the guest user's browser for up to 24 hours

⚠️ Important: Chatbot of Harafunnel is not supported for the guest mode yet ⚠️

If you want to prevent the guest mode, please use the customer chat widget

Step 1: Create growth tool » Choose Customer Chat

Step 2: On the "When first seen" option of setup tab, please choose "Show only Messenger bubble"

Feature of HaraSocial will not work on Guest mode

  • Sent image, product item feature
  • Block this user feature
  • Order confirmation card

If you want to prevent the guest mode, you can use either of the following methods

Option 1: Use the chat widget button on the messenger channel of Haravan Omnipower


Option 2: Use customer chat of Harafunnel

Create growth tool » Choose Customer Chat

On the "When first seen" option of setup tab, please choose "Show only Messenger bubble"

Improved the conversation search feature

We have upgraded its search feature to make it more convenient:

  1. Improve the search interface so you can see more results.
  2. Tooltips when too many results or empty.
  3. Narrow down search results when the keyword has diacritic marks.
  4. Show avatars faster for recent customers.

Improvement search, conversation and photo

1. Improve the search feature.

2. Date filter can select an hour & minute: You can filter conversations better.

3. Show conversation has a phone number: Help you focus on potential customers.

4. Increase photo size & release photo girds.

Release new report & working hour setting

1. The new report (same Harapage): Report employee performance and response time.

The report focuses on employee performance and response time. There are 2 indicators:

  • Conversation quantity calculated by the number of comments & inbox per day.
  • The average response time is based on the time period from when the message is received to the first time responds to the customer (exclude out of working hours setting below).

2. Working hour setting

Please config this setting to use the full features of the new report. Click Page Setting » Working hours to set up

Type shortcuts to insert saved replies

1. How to use

Type [a shortcut] + [space bar] to insert the saved replies that you setup.


2. How to create a new saved reply

Click the Saved Replies icon on the toolbar to open Save Replies popup. Then select Create New to enter the flow to create a new saved reply.

Important: Improve tag conversation

First of all, members from HaraSocial team sincerely thank you and appreciate all your feedback on the tag feature to improve the tag segment experience. 

From now on, you can add tags to a specific conversation (inbox or comment) of a customer, and the tags will no longer be added automatically to other conversations of the same customer. 

Tips for conversation tagging:

Use Tag folder (Go to Settings > Tags > Folder) to group your tags.
- For inbox message: you can add tags by different aspects to segment the conversations such as: customer type (new customer, loyal customer, vip customer,...)
, sales pipeline (interest, purchase,...) etc.
- For comment: you can add tags by temporary cases such as customer inquiries, marketing campaigns, priority level, etc.
