Release new report & working hour setting
1. The new report (same Harapage): Report employee performance and response time.
The report focuses on employee performance and response time. There are 2 indicators:
- Conversation quantity calculated by the number of comments & inbox per day.
- The average response time is based on the time period from when the message is received to the first time responds to the customer (exclude out of working hours setting below).
2. Working hour setting
Please config this setting to use the full features of the new report. Click Page Setting » Working hours to set up
