It's here! The new dashboard has a new look, so go ahead and take it for a spin. This mini-makeover includes an update to the dashboard including the look and feel of Spaces and a change to the search function. We've also made some updates to some of our URLs. 

Space navigation Updates

• Spaces will now appear in a list on the left-hand navigation, allowing easier navigation between Spaces.

• The search bar has been added to the dashboard header for easy access
• Users will now be able to search for Spaces as well as apps in the search bar
• When searching for an App, the Space name of that App will appear beneath it

New header

• There is a new header for Build customers at the top of the screen with the new Build Logo in the upper left-hand corner

• We're updating some of our URLs for a better user experience. If you visit an old URL (don't worry!) - you'll be automatically redirected to the new one. Find that list here.

The dashboard is getting a refresh! This upcoming dashboard makeover includes an update to the look and feel of Spaces* and a change to the search function. 

Here's a small but mighty win 💪 You can now add hyperlinks to email notifications in workflow.  

Hey Space Cadets, we're giving you a little more control over your Space* permissions. Admins in spaces can now prevent the admins in their subspaces from being able to configure and create integrations. 

How do I prevent admins in sub-spaces from configuring integrations?

• Access your space in Spaces & Settings 
• Under the Child Permissions, deselect the Allow children spaces to add their own integrations checkbox. 

What happens to existing integrations in sub-spaces if this option gets selected?

If you disable the checkbox while integrations already exist in the child spaces, those integrations will be moved to the parent space.

It's Good News Tuesday and we have some pretty good news 😃 We have updated our form builder tool to be keyboard accessible. Users can now navigate and configure the form with their keyboard. 

Tab to navigate through the gadgets and fields on the form. Select Enter to select a field and tab through to find the spot on the form where you would like to put the field. 

We've also added an intuitive undo/redo feature, ensuring the ability to effortlessly reverse unintended changes and experiment freely with form designs. 

And finally, we've added the ability to copy and paste gadgets using keyboard commands. Use Command (⌘) + C on a gadget to copy it and Command (⌘) + V to paste it.

Go get 'em 🐯

Returned document submissions (documents that are sent back to the form submitter) can now be found in Submissions in the submitter's "My Documents" tab. 

Prior to this change, Documents that were sent back appeared in Drafts. 

We love Kuali, and we know you do too! But we hear you loud and clear, so we've removed some of the Kuali branding from both emails and forms. You'll now see that the old “Powered by Kuali Build” and the Kuali logo that was in email notifications have been removed, as well as the Kuali "K" that used to appear on forms. 

You will now have the ability to send workflow notifications to a specific email address without needing to reference it in the form. With this new capability, App Admins now have the flexibility to directly send workflow notifications to a static email address of their choice. 

To access this new functionality, drag on a notification step and select the "Any specific email" option. This is a great feature for when you want to send an email notification to a group email.

We have enhanced PDF naming functionality within the workflow notification feature! Previously, all downloaded PDFs were labeled as "document.pdf," causing inconvenience for users who needed to manage multiple downloads. 

To address this issue, we have implemented a unique naming system for downloaded PDFs, ensuring that users can easily locate and identify their specific files. PDFs that are downloaded from a workflow notification will now include the document number and the timestamp.
