Bulk Delete & Deactivate Users According to Status
For those of you struggling to delete or deactivate large numbers of users, you'll be pleased to hear that we've just released an update to the users page that makes this simpler than ever!
New 'Activity' tab
In many cases customers looking to delete large numbers of users are looking to delete users based off their activity status — that is, they are looking to purge those users who have either never logged in, or haven't been active over a period of time.
In light of this, we've moved the User activity report to the Users page, and create a new tab called ‘Activity’. The 'Activity' tab lists every user in the platform, and you can filter them by status; Active, Inactive, or Never logged in. For both the Active, and Inactive statues, you can also select a time period.
Key points
- The User activity report has moved to the Users page as a new tab called 'Activity'
- The 'Activity tab' lists all users, both Learners and Trainers
- You can delete or deactivate users in bulk
- You can filter users by status
