Showing "quarantined-by-Microsoft" scans in the Scans page
Some organizations are configured so that the Scans page shows emails that were quarantined by Microsoft.
This functionality is currently not working, and so emails that were quarantined by Microsoft are not included in the Scans page.
It is currently not possible to enable the "quarantined-by-Microsoft" functionality - which has been totally disabled.
We are working with Microsoft to resolve this issue as soon as possible - and we will let you know as soon as a fix is in place.
