You can now configure the Top-X component that defines which scans are listed in the Scans page. You can specify the options that will appear in the Top-X component, and the order in which these selected options will appear.
To configure the Top-X component, click the Settings icon on the right of the Top-X component.

You can now access the new Perception Point Documentation Center. The Documentation Center provides a single location where you can find information about the use of X-Ray. We are continuously adding information to the Documentation Center.

To access the Documentation Center, hover over your name on the right side of the X-Ray toolbar, and select Documentation Center at the bottom of the list of options.

Note: You must be logged in to X-Ray to have access to the Documentation Center.

You can now select the language that is shown in the X-Ray user interface. The languages that are currently available are English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, and Portuguese.
We'll be adding more languages in the future - watch out for the announcements.

To change the UI language, click the Language icon on the right of the X-Ray toolbar, and then select the required language.

By default, the Perception Point-Salesforce integration scans all files that are uploaded into Salesforce. It is now possible to specify that only specific uploads are scanned. To achieve this, you can specify specific profiles and users to be included or excluded from scanning. 

This feature is currently in beta phase. To implement this feature as a beta user, contact your Customer Success Manager at Perception Point.

You can now add the new Perception Point component to any Salesforce record page. The Perception Point component shows details of the Perception Point scans that were performed on all uploaded files that are related to the specific Salesforce record, in any of the objects. The details shown include the scan status and the scan verdict.

You can now integrate Perception Point with Slack to enhance your Slack security. This new product scans all files that are uploaded to Slack, and reports all suspected malicious files in X-Ray. Quarantine functionality is not yet available.

You can now download all generated reports - in pdf format.

To download a generated report, click the Download Reports icon on the right of the X-Ray toolbar. 

Note: The Download Reports icon appears only if at least one report has been generated.

To configure reports to be generated, go to Settings, click Preferences > Alerts & Reports.

MSG and EML files are now parsed when they are scanned. This enables email-related fields to be extracted and analyzed - thereby improving the scanning accuracy. This functionality is particularly useful for self-scans and for scans performed on integrated channels.

You can now integrate Perception Point with Zendesk to enhance your Zendesk security. This new product scans all files that are uploaded to Zendesk, and quarantines suspected malicious files.

If you have integrated Perception Point with Microsoft 365, you can now enhance your email protection by enabling the new Perception Point-Microsoft 365 ATO [account takeover] functionality. This functionality monitors user activity in your Microsoft 365 accounts to detect possible ATO attempts. Suspicious user activity includes behavior such as creating suspicious inbox rules and performing suspicious logins. For implementation assistance, contact your Customer Success Manager at Perception Point.
