We've added a new Chat to X-Ray. You can use this chat feature to contact Perception Point Support [for general X-Ray issues] or the Perception Point Incident Response team [for issues relating to a specific email].
The Chat also gives you quick access to the set of FAQs for X-Ray.
To open a chat, click the Chat icon in the bottom-right corner of X-Ray.
You can now view training videos from inside X-Ray. These videos will help you to better understand X-Ray, and to be able to work more efficiently in X-Ray. The set of available videos is context-sensitive - different videos are available, depending on where you are inside X-Ray. We'll constantly be adding more videos...
To see the available videos, click the Training videos icon on the right of X-Ray.
The new X-Ray audit log lets you see what actions were performed by your admin users - and the Perception Point IR Team - in your organization. Transparency is important to Perception Point. The audit log enhances transparency by enabling you to see every action that was performed on your data.
The audit log includes actions such as changing a verdict, previewing an email, and viewing a screenshot.
To open the audit log, hover over your name on the right of the X-Ray toolbar, and then click Audit.
You can now enforce MFA [multi-factor authentication] for your organization. All users will then have to use an authenticator app when they log-in to X-Ray.
You can access the new "Force Multi-factor Authentication" functionality in the Security section of the Profile page.
The Perception Point incident response [IR] team is always working hard to help protect your organization. Now, when the IR team changes the verdict of a false-negative [clean] scan to malicious, you can see the reason that they made the change.
From now on, you can identify delivery issues by yourself directly from a scan.
Search for quarantined emails and click on the tool-tip for more info.
To make it easier to identify malicious file attachments, we have added fast access to attachment information on the Scans page.

We have created a new look for selecting the right admin user role. Now it's easier to see what each role enables the user to do.
We also created a new role - Viewer - which has the ability to preview and download scans (read only).
