We have just released support for Box. Your organization can now protect itself from malicious files infiltrating the organization through Box. You can also quarantine files and prevent access to them by end-users.
When encrypted files are included as part of an e-mail, X-Ray looks for the password within the email and within a known dictionary in order to open the encrypted file and scan it for malicious content.
When the encrypted file cannot be opened, there is an option to block it or let it pass.
Now there is a new option. It is possible to block the email and notify the end-user that the email was blocked because it contains an encrypted file and ask him to provide the password for it to be scanned.
After providing the password the file will be scanned and the email will release to the end-user mailbox if it's clean.
Contact our Customer Success Team to activate it for your organization.
When e-mails are quarantined our recommended option is to notify the end-user with a dedicated e-mail that includes also a screenshot of the e-mail.
Another option is to have a daily quarantine digest e-mail that includes details on all e-mails quarantined (it does not include screenshots of the e-mails). This option was available until now only to a list of selected users, and not you can also make it available to ALL end-users in your organization (including the option to exclude a list of selected users).
To configure Daily Quarantine Digest Email for your organization's users please reach out to our Customer Success Team.
Our incident response team occasionally highlights interesting scans, so you can view them using the "Highlighted" filter in the scans list.
Now you can highlight scans also by yourself.
HAP Analysis, which can be found as part of the scan details, includes additional forensics on files, registry, and network activity.
We detect malicious content in various collaboration channels including cloud storage such as Dropbox, Microsoft OnwDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.

We have added Malware Family classification as part of our HAP Analysis. It is possible to see it as part of the scan details.
The “Request Investigation” allows opening a ticket to Perception Point’s Incident Response team from the scan page, with an indication if you think the email is clean/malicious/spam.
As part of the request, a comment can be added.
It is now possible to see the request details and the comment as part of the information in the scan details.
