You can now configure "Perception Point X-Ray" to replace the Perception Point logo with your organization's logo at the top of each page in all Periodic reports. To set this configuration, go to Account > Preferences > Customization, and click Edit. For details on configuring customized logos, see "Customizing Organization Logos" in the Documentation Center.
Our Reports page is back - with an improved UI, and now called the Periodic Reports page. Use the Periodic Reports page to download any of the Monthly or Weekly reports that have been generated for your organization - or for any of the child organizations. These periodic reports are now available in both PDF and JSON formats. To access the new Periodic Reports page, go to Insights > Reports. For more information, see the Documentation Center.
We’ve updated our weekly and monthly periodic reports. We’ve improved the content that is included in the reports, and we’ve enhanced the format of the reports. The reports are now generated in pdf format. The pdf files will be attached to the email messages that are sent to the specified admin users.
If you're not already receiving these periodic reports and you would like to, you can select to receive them - from the Accounts > Preferences page.
1. Scroll down to the Alerts & Reports section, and click Edit.
2. Under "Admin Alerts and Reports", enable the "Receive periodic security report" toggle.
3. Select the reports that you want to be generated, and specify the recipients of the reports.
Until now, alerts for malicious incidents and malicious cases were sent to the same set of admin users. Now you can specify unique sets of admin users for alerts for malicious incidents and for malicious cases. This configuration is set under Account > Preferences > Alerts and Reports.

Perception Point Microsoft 365 Inline customers and partners:
Since Microsoft's recent changes to some of its protection mechanisms, some "clean" emails may now be sent to the Microsoft quarantine center after being scanned by Perception Point.
To prevent this behavior, perform the following procedure in your Microsoft 365 environments to add entries to the Tenant Allow/Block List:
1. Browse to: https://security.microsoft.com/tenantAllowBlockList?viewid=SpoofItem.
2. Click (+) Add.
3. Add the Perception Point IPs [for your environment], using the following format:
*,<PERCEPTION POINT IP>
Important: For each entry that you add, make sure to add "*," before the IP address - to create the required domain pairs.

4. Make sure that Action is set to Allow.
We’ve added the following new detection improvements to the Browser Extension:
To improve visual clarity relating to verdicts in X-Ray, we have added color coding to the icons for each type of verdict - using the standard traffic light colors. Icons for malicious and restricted verdicts are displayed in red; for spam and suspicious verdicts in yellow, and for clean verdicts in green.
You can see the new color-coded icons in the Scans page and in the Insights dashboard in X-Ray.
To enhance Perception Point's ability to prevent risky files from reaching end users, Perception Point manages a list of restricted file types, for example, executable files. Files of a restricted type can be blocked by Perception Point - regardless of whether the files are clean or malicious. Perception Point can block these file types even if the files are inside an archive file or behind a URL.
To block restricted file types, you need to first specify that these file types should be blocked. This is done in the list of verdicts to be quarantined, under Settings -> Preferences -> Detection.
Perception Point X-Ray lets you view the default list of restricted file types. If required, you can now manage your own set of restricted file types.
To manage your set of restricted file types, hover over your name on the right of the X-Ray toolbar, and then click Settings. Click Preferences, and then scroll down to the Restricted File Types section.
Scans performed by Perception Point’s AES [Advanced Email Security] and ABS [Advanced Browser Security] can now be linked inside X-Ray. This means that if a URL was included somewhere inside an email, and the same URL was also accessed independently using an ABS-protected browser, the two resulting independent scans are now linked. This improves your ability to analyze the information from both scans.
You can access the linked scans under Extracted Path in the details view of the Scans page.
