When you analyze a malicious scan in the Scans page, you can now generate an AI-based summary of the significant factors that contributed to the scan verdict. Simply locate “GPThreat Hunter Summary” in the Scans page, and then click Generate Summary. GPThreat Hunter will almost instantaneously generate an easy-to-read summary of the scan verdict.

Note that this functionality is available only for email scans that have a malicious verdict.

Our Reports page is back - with an improved UI, and now called the Periodic Reports page. Use the Periodic Reports page to download any of the Monthly or Weekly reports that have been generated for your organization - or for any of the child organizations. These periodic reports are now available in both PDF and JSON formats. To access the new Periodic Reports page, go to Insights > Reports. For more information, see the Documentation Center.

The Domains reports and Drives reports have been deprecated - and are therefore no longer available. Information from these reports is now included in the newly-formatted Weekly and Monthly reports.

To review and configure which reports are generated for your organization, go to Account > Preferences > Alerts and Reports.

[Advanced Browser Security] The new Extensions > Extension Analysis page in the Advanced Browser Security console provides essential administrative insights regarding third-party browser extensions that are installed on end-user devices in your organization. The displayed information includes a spin.ai risk score and an accompanying explanatory spin.ai report for each extension. Additionally, the permissions required by each extension are clearly presented. This information helps you manage browser extension governance by identifying and proactively addressing potentially risky extensions that have been installed in your organization. We’ve updated our weekly and monthly periodic reports. We’ve improved the content that is included in the reports, and we’ve enhanced the format of the reports. The reports are now generated in pdf format. The pdf files will be attached to the email messages that are sent to the specified admin users. 

If you're not already receiving these periodic reports and you would like to, you can select to receive them - from the Accounts > Preferences page.

1. Scroll down to the Alerts & Reports section, and click Edit.

2. Under "Admin Alerts and Reports", enable the "Receive periodic security report" toggle.

3. Select the reports that you want to be generated, and specify the recipients of the reports.

We've changed the location where you can select the language to display in the Perception Point X-Ray interface. To change the display language, click the down-arrow that is on the right of your name on the right of the X-Ray banner, click Language, and then click the required language.

Users can now select the dark theme [mode] to display Perception Point X-Ray. To switch to the dark theme, click the down-arrow that is on the right of your name on the right of the X-Ray banner, click Theme, and then and then click the Dark theme option.

We are currently addressing a technical issue affecting the generation and delivery of our weekly, monthly, and domain reports. Our team is actively working on a quick fix and implementing wide-ranging improvements to ensure a smooth report generation process in the future.

We expect to publish the quick fix as soon as possible, and the full resolution is estimated to take approximately one month.

During this time, you may receive your regular reports delayed, and some reports may be missing altogether. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve this issue swiftly.

The new Protected Email Assets page lets you view and manage the email-related assets in your organization that are protected by Perception Point X-Ray.

• For inline connection [Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 Inline, Microsoft Exchange, and "Other email services"], the Protected Email Assets page shows information about the domains that are protected, similar to the former Domains page.
• For Microsoft 365 API connection, the Protected Email Assets page shows information about the email-related assets that are protected. The protected assets can include domains, groups, and users. The Protected Email Assets page also lets you switch between protecting the organization's entire Microsoft 365 account, and partial protection.

Additional functionality will be added to the Protected Email Assets page in the coming months.

To open the Protected Email Assets page: In Perception Point X-Ray, in the left navigation menu, select Account > Protected Email Assets.

Perception Point customers: By default, there is a "Perception Point X-Ray" logo on the left side of the X-Ray banner.

Acronis customers: By default, there is an "Acronis - Cyber Protect Cloud" logo on the left side of the "Advanced Email Security" banner.

You can now replace the default logos with your organization's logo, typically for white-labeling or branding purposes. You can find the customization controls under Account > Preferences > Customization.
