Important Notice for cPanel Users: SMTP Delivery Issue
Dear Valued Customer,
We’ve identified an issue affecting email delivery caused by a recent configuration change in cPanel. As a result, emails may be stuck with the following SMTP error:
Error: Connection unexpectedly closed: timed out
Action Required:
To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Log into WHM and navigate to Exim Configuration Manager.
- Under Access List, locate Sender verification bypass IP addresses.
- Add the following IP: [Perception Point IPs].

Once the above action is performed, please:
- Resend all stuck emails by filtering for last-day CLEAN emails > ACTION: Delivery Failed > Resend bulk.
