SSO Login Now Available for Acronis Customers & Partners

Acronis customers and partners can now log in to Perception Point’s Advanced Email Security directly from the main login page.

Simply select "Continue with Acronis" at https://xray.perception-point.io to access your account using Single Sign-On (SSO).

This integration provides a more seamless and secure authentication experience.

Some organizations are configured so that the Scans page shows emails that were quarantined by Microsoft.

This functionality is currently not working, and so emails that were quarantined by Microsoft are not included in the Scans page.

It is currently not possible to enable the "quarantined-by-Microsoft" functionality - which has been totally disabled.

We are working with Microsoft to resolve this issue as soon as possible - and we will let you know as soon as a fix is in place.

We've enhanced the functionality and usability of the Organization selector at the top of the console - to simplify navigation between parent and child organizations.

To display a list of all the available child organizations, click inside the Search box on the right. Enter at least 3 characters to search for organizations.

Note that the Search box appears only if you are an admin user in a parent organization.

We’ve made some improvements to the email preview that's available from the Scans page. When you preview an email, you can now select-and-copy any of the following text fields:

• Subject
• Sender
• Recipient
• Attachments
• Cc and Bcc

In addition, we’ve made various other UI enhancements to the email preview.

The Scans page can now include emails that were quarantined by Microsoft Defender. This helps you to monitor quarantined emails in just one platform. In the Scans page, you can easily identify emails that were quarantined by Microsoft Defender. These emails have the "Quarantined by Microsoft" icon on the left of the Scans page. 

Note: 

• The "Quarantined by Microsoft" functionality is currently available to a limited number of customers. It will be made available to additional customers in the near future.
• Over the next few days, our Azure Mail App will grant the following new permission:

We have identified an issue affecting many Chrome extensions, including the Advanced Browser Security extension, due to a recent Chrome update (version 130). To ensure uninterrupted functionality and optimal performance, we recommend updating the Advanced Browser Security extension to the latest version (1.109.23) immediately.

Please follow these steps to update:

1. Open Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions.
2. Click the Update button at the top left of the page.

This will make sure you’re using the most recent version and avoid any potential problems caused by the Chrome update.

Note: The extension update version will occur automatically within 24 hours.

You can now configure "Perception Point X-Ray" to replace the Perception Point logo with your organization's logo at the top of each page in all Periodic reports.
