π Collab Rooms + Meeting Manager Updates
Hi all! We just wanted to update you on some of the latest things that our dev team has been working on to improve your experience of using the platform.
📊 Meeting Reports are only a button-away now in Meeting Manager
Now in the Completed Meetings section you have an Access Reports button that will make it easier for you to jump to meetings reports when your meetings have completed.
Have you seen or tried Meeting Manager yet? We are now offering Free Trials for all existing clients who want to give Meeting Manager a shot and see how they can supercharge networking at their events. Get a demo here!
💃 Joining Collab Rooms is now even easier!
Based on your feedback, the experience for presenters and attendees has not been great when they have to join Collab Rooms. Presenters have to make sure they get the right links, and attendees have to enter their names when they join rooms.
Well, now that's in the past because our new integration allows your presenters and attendees to join Collab Rooms without entering anything at all! That's right, their names will be added to the room directly from the event when they click that View button and generate a unique link for each participant, au-to-magically.
In the Auditorium Show, you can now simply assign the Room you are using, the sub-account and the presenters who will be broadcasting. This way, your presenters can enter the room just like attendees would through the View button but they will automatically get assigned a Presenter role - no more complex spreadsheets with 100s of links.
This also means that with this integration, all of the Collab Room Event Session Reports will have the names and emails of your attendees and presenters.
We have updated our Auditorium Show guide on how to set this up correctly. Your Event Project Manager would need to set up an integration for your instance, so make sure to give them a shout if you are looking to use this feature at your next event.
That's it for now, enjoy the rest of your week ✌️
