π¦We Are Now Tweeting About System Status Updates!
Just a small update from us this week, we have launched our new Twitter account that's dedicated to give you updates on the operational status of iVent platform.
So if there is a major incident that has been detected which affects all our sites, our new Twitter account is the first place you will hear about it from.
We aim to keep your informed with our tweets on:
1. The first reports of the incident and the issue we are looking into.
2. We will continue to update you on the issue at hourly intervals as our teams are investigating the issue at hand.
3. We will update you once a resolution has been found, and a fix is being implemented.
4. We will tweet once again, once the fix has been implemented and the incident is resolved.
5. We also aim to provide you with a Post Incident Summary (a post-mortem) report which will be detailed in our Training & Support Centre.
Follow @iVentStatus on Twitter to see our latest updates if you are experiencing issues on your site. Make sure to check our Twitter account first before submitting a ticket, because if it's a platform-wide issue we would likely have already tweeted about it :)
Please note: this account is only updated with service incident updates and is not monitored for event support. To raise a support ticket, please go to support.ivent-hq.com and make sure you are signed in.
That's it for today, also make sure to follow @iventhq for all the fun stuff! Have a great week ahead 👋
