๐ Revamped Chat Posts Assigning View
Assigning chat posts is no longer a drag - quite literally!
We have redesigned how the interface looks when you are assigning chat posts in a live chat to yourself or another admin.
As you might already know, if you are a booth or a super admin in your event, you have the ability to assign chat posts in a live chat setting to other admins or yourself. This feature is widely used to make sure all of the chat posts are addressed effectively and so that the original post doesn't get a similar response from two different admins, or two different responses. Nobody really wants that, so that's why assigning chat posts feature is there to help you.
So what exactly is changing for you?
The functionality itself has not changed, but the interface has. We are separating the functionality of Who's Here in the chat and the actual chat, so you no longer have to drag and drop a post onto someone's name. This will hopefully also eliminate any accidental assignments whilst dropping chat posts on the wrong name. It's a small change, but we believe it's an important one that will prove helpful in the smooth running of your event.
