Shipping handling system upgrade update
The new update improves operational processes and reduces order processing time when carrier error occurs.
Review Instructions for creating bill of lading to deliver right in chat.
The change will not have any effect on the staff's current order creation operations on the inbox section of the HaraSocial system.
Previous bill of lading processing process:
- Staff chat to create bill of lading in HaraSocial inbox
- Bill of lading is sent and synchronized through the carrier. In case of an error, it will make it difficult for the Shop to control the order synchronization between Haravan and the shipping unit, and it takes time to return the bill of lading to the carrier.
New processing:
- Chat staff create an application in the inbox HaraSocial.
- Bill of lading after being created will wait for processing under Haravan OmniPower system. Bill of lading will be sent to the carrier within a period of every 5 minutes.
Advantages:
- There is no change in terms of the operator to create a form on the Harasocial inbox.
- Avoid error of sending bill of lading when overloaded. In case of an error synchronization, the system will try again until it completes.
