The new update allows you to find customers by the phone number they have provided in the conversation, including messages (inbox) and comments (comments).

You can search by phone number to quickly find exact customers instead of searching by customer name (in case there are many same customer names, it will take time to search).

Note: Applies only to new conversations from the date of this feature update.

In addition to searching for customers by phone number, don't forget you can search by:

• Customer's facebook ID - PSID.
• Email.
• Full name of client.
