Important notice about updating customer data
Dear Customers,
To ensure your interests and provide the best product experience,
From October 18 to October 20, we will update the entire customer list from 2019 and earlier on HaraSocial and HaraFunnel systems. During the update, you can still use it normally.
After the data update is completed:
- HaraSocial will better look for data & not show empty results.
- For HaraFunnel system, subscribers for inaccessible old Facebook accounts will be deleted from HaraFunnel, which helps you reduce costs and focus on exploiting more quality subscribers. Facebook also recommends engaging with customers during the last 365 days only.
- You can still look up customers who have purchased on the Haravan OmniPower (MyHaravan) page.
The product development team would like to inform you because this change will affect the indicators reported in HaraFunnel and HaraSocial in a short time.
However, in the long run, we hope to bring a better and more beneficial experience for you.
During the update period, you can still access and use HaraFunnel, HaraSocial normally.
