We’ve recently revamped our LinkedIn Prospect Finder extension to help you source leads from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator even easier.

This also means that the older versions of the extension are becoming obsolete. Starting from November 10, we stop supporting LI Prospect Finder extension version 1.2.23 and earlier.

If you encounter problems with your LinkedIn extension or it suddenly stops working, all you need to do is install the latest update.

If you’re using an up-to-date extension but still notice any issues, we can easily fix them. All you have to do is contact our customer care team via live chat or at help@snov.io and report a problem.

Now you can personalize your account and stand out in the team by adding a profile pic. Yes, the faceless man is no more! To upload a photo, simply head to your Profile settings and choose “Edit profile photo”.

If you use Snov.io with Outlook or Exchange account, you'll be glad to know that we now support OAuth 2.0 authorization security protocol. This transition will be carried out before Oct. 1.

This means that you need to re-connect your existing email or create a new sender to update email connection to the latest standard.
