Hello Snovians. As you know, Snov.io is a Ukrainian company. As such, we can not continue providing our service to Russian clients and indirectly supporting the war on our homeland. 

Even though we've never made it our goal to promote our business in Russia, we have Russian clients and they make up only around 1% of our client base. 

That's why Snov.io:
🚫 No longer provides service to or accepts payments from Russian users
🚫 Bans new users from Russia from creating an account
💙💛 Has supported Ukrainian army, medics and volunteers since the very first day of the war, donating to multiple organizations and charities fighting for Ukraine
💙💛 Offers a free M plan to all Ukrainian Snov.io users (contact us at help@snov.io to redeem it)
🎯 Keeps doing our part as a Ukrainian business, developing (and soon releasing) new Email Warm-up functionality and major CRM updates

We understand this statement comes almost a month after the beginning of the war. Snov.io's headquarters and most of the team are located in Chernihiv, one of the most dangerous war zones, making it impossible to make this statement sooner as about half of the team had to take care of their safety first. Now that we've regrouped, we continue working, fighting, and making our stance clear.

Hi dear Snovians. 

A lot of you may know, that Snov.io is a Ukrainian SaaS, and our core team of almost 90 people is situated in Ukraine, in large cities which are being severely attacked by Russian troops. Almost no one from our team has left the country.

Today is the third day of our fight for our freedom and peaceful life. A lot of our employees are in the middle of the combat zone, they are together with their families in basements and shelters, some stayed at home, and some are protecting Ukraine on the front line.

But we are standing strong and our beautiful team is finding time and courage to provide the service to all our customers. We also have a powerfull support from our Brazilian and Chinese local teams, and are very grateful for this.

Our service is fully functional and we understand how important this is to you. We want to assure you that all your information is safe. All our servers run on AWS, no information is stored in Ukraine, and we have passed multiple Google Security Assesments to make sure that in any time your data is intact. We have a lot of plans for service improvement, and as soon as the situation stabilizes we will do our best to regroup our forces and get to the most productive work! 

Our team is extremely grateful to every user who sends us words of support. We see you, and we hear you.

If you want to see the data on each recipient in your campaign, go to the Recipients tab. You can also use the filter in the Recipients tab to find the needed prospects based on engagement.

Now you can create a conversion-boosting campaign by going through 4 simple steps:

• Sequence, where you build your email campaign
• Prospects, where you choose the recipients for your campaign
• Sending options, where you personalize your sending and tracking settings
