Inline editing is available for Emails, Name, Industry, Country, Location and custom fields.

Answer leads' emails easier right from the dashboard
Ever wanted to email a prospect right from their profile? Now you can ✨
Choose the sender account and recipient email (if your lead has multiple), use HTML, set open and link tracking, use templates, add attachments, use your Calendly link, and more - this feature was made to make converting the lead a little easier. You can find it in the Send email tab of your prospect’s recent activity window.
Avoid spammer-like behavior with random delay between emails
In your Email Account settings, you can now find a new delay settings option - Random delay. When you choose this option, you can set a minimum and maximum delay time (for example between 10 and 30 seconds), and emails from this account will be sent within these times. This will help your account look more human to ESPs and can potentially improve your deliverability. Please note, the minimum and maximum values you can choose are 5 and 3600 seconds.

Now you can add important notes to your prospects' profiles to keep your whole team on the same page.
Complete profiles with valuable data that will help you convert: record your observations about customers, track your interactions, or make notes about their stage in your sales funnel.
To start using Notes, simply choose the prospect, go to their profile and find the Add notes option in the Recent Activity window.
