Waitwhile has been upgraded into a Progressive Web App (PWA) which makes it run much more like a native app on Android and iOS. 

When you open Waitwhile on your phone, you will now be prompted to Add Waitwhile to Home Screen. This will install Waitwhile as a native-like application in your app drawer for easy access, full-screen mode and better performance.

We've added support for the #1 requested Enterprise feature - Single Sign-on.

Once enabled, you can login to Waitwhile using your official company authentication method.

Supported SSO services include Microsoft Azure, Microsoft ActiveDirectory, Google, Facebook, Okta and many others.

Now your guests can simply text “JOIN” to join your waitlist. You can set it to immediately add them to the waitlist (with only their phone number) or prompt them to sign up online where you can capture more information about them.

 Your guests will love the simplicity of this!

You can now “claim” your own SMS sending number where all your SMS texts are delivered from. This helps keep it consistent and your customers will only receive texts from a 1 toll-free number for each of your locations. 

[This feature is currently only available in North America for paid plans]

During these times many businesses have strict requirements on how many people can physically be inside their shop at the same time. 

Waitwhile now lets you track your occupancy and update whenever a customer enters or leaves. Your waitlist can be set to only activate once you hit your capacity limit and people need to queue to enter - which they can then do remotely at a safe distance!

You can now send an automatic SMS or Email confirmation to your guests if they are cancelled or marked as a no-show. This is great to keep them informed and maybe also encourage them to reschedule for another time.
