New features

Tool Tracker added to the Marketplace The Tool Tracker add-on can now be switched on from the Marketplace for customers who want it.

Bug fixes

Clearing an employee from a service agreement now saves When the assigned employee was cleared on a service agreement and saved, the change was silently ignored and the employee remained assigned. This is now fixed.

Duplicate auto-generated service orders fixed The system was automatically generating two service orders for the same installation within the same scheduling period instead of one. This is now fixed.

Material lines from supplier invoices no longer transferred twice Approving an incoming supplier invoice with “Approve with lines” could transfer its material lines to the linked order twice, inflating costs on the order. This is now fixed.

Downloading employee hours to Excel works again Exporting an employee’s registered hours to Excel failed with an error, affecting many customers. This is now fixed.

Incoming invoices with image attachments now come through Invoices sent via NemHandel that included a certain type of embedded image stopped arriving in the system after a recent technical update. This is now fixed, and the invoices that got stuck have been recovered.

Opening a saved link could add a new line to the wrong list Opening a bookmarked or shared link straight to the Internal Items list and adding a new line there could accidentally create it as an “hour” instead of an item. This is now fixed.

Customer filter by pricing type showed the wrong customers Filtering customers by “Markup Type” (List Price or Cost Price) sometimes showed customers that didn’t match the selected filter. This is now fixed.

Case report PDFs contained extra blank pages Downloading a case report that included PDF attachments added an unnecessary blank page for each attached PDF. The report now only contains pages with actual content.

Missing “Case Status” option when creating a new user group When creating a new user rights group, the option to set Case Status permissions was missing and only appeared after saving and reopening the group. This is now fixed.

Reminder window could open empty if clicked too quickly Clicking “Create payment reminder” on an invoice before the page had fully loaded the recipient details could open an empty, unusable window. This is now fixed.

Outbox data sometimes jumped around or loaded slowly Switching between tabs in the Outbox could briefly show the wrong data or take a while to load the correct information. This is now fixed.

Users could be unexpectedly sent back to the Scheduler In rare cases, someone who had just logged in and moved to another page could suddenly get redirected back to the Scheduler while working. This is now fixed.

Employee status button now updates immediately After activating or deactivating an employee, the status button didn’t visually update until the window was closed and reopened, even though the change had already saved correctly. This is now fixed.

Sales account on internal materials ignored customer settings (Service Materials) When adding internal materials to a service, the sales account shown didn’t follow the one set on the customer, using a different default instead. This is now fixed.

Sales account on internal materials ignored customer settings (Case Materials) The same issue as above, but for materials added to a case instead of a service. This is now fixed.

Duplicate item lines sent to the warehouse system for blocked invoices (Norway) When approving an invoice that contained a blocked item, the invoice itself didn’t get filed away, but the items were still sent to Rackbeat, causing them to be entered twice. This is now fixed.

Error message when editing an employee fixed Editing an employee’s details (like salary or warehouse settings) sometimes showed an error message, even though the change was actually saved correctly. This is now fixed.

Two choices to check: in Norwegian I used “Dagsoversikt” and “Utboks”. In English I kept “Scheduler”, “Outbox” and “Case Status” from your original text, since I don’t know the English UI names.
