Mobile app update 27/03

  • New name Ordrestyring Powered by Aceve: New logos.
  • Delivery Address: Fixed an issue where the delivery address was not automatically filled out when creating a callout on an installation via the app.
  • Duplicate Lines: Resolved the problem of duplicate lines of delivery address and contacts being auto-created when a customer is created.
  • User Rights: Corrected the issue where the edit button was still enabled for Personal or Other time, and proper messages are now shown.
  • Offer Update: Fixed the issue where the offer page/status did not update after converting to a case until manual refresh.

Mobile app update 13/03

Improvements 

  • Focus on increasing the stability of the app.
  • Added a "send with" function when sending invoices via the app, allowing users to choose how the invoice should be sent (email or EDI).

Bugfixes

  • Fixed an issue where inactive users' time appeared in the daily overview.
  • Fixed system message when adding a material.
  • Fixed an issue where users couldn't log in after changing their password in the app.
  • Fixed an issue where the GPS navigated to the wrong address.
  • Fixed an issue where the basic role had access to Service & Facilities, even though the user did not have the correct permissions. Note! Please ensure that your permissions are correctly set up for your basic roles.

Update of Ordrestyring (Web) March 3rd

Release revision 11.3.0

Added the possibility of mass updating of order type when scheduling services via the "Schedule service" button in service/plant. - This is done by selecting several services at a time, after which you unfold the "Type" menu and press the green button next to the applicable order type:

Possibility to mass-update time interval when scheduling services under the "Schedule service" button in service/plant. - This is done by marking the current services, after which you update the time for one of them - then a pop-up will appear where you press "Update".

Adjusted position on "Remarks" from service agreements and installations, respectively, so that they are now in the same column under the "Schedule service" button in service/plant:

Update of Ordrestyring (Web) February 13th

Release revision 11.2.0 on February 13.

This release includes several system optimizations and fixes. Here are two of the most important fixes highlighted:

Fix: PDF Template

Corrected invoice footer which in some cases could display overlapping text:

Typing error in the case description field. The field could, in some cases, automatically jump to the start of the field after a few seconds, disrupting the typing process:

Small but useful feature for Installation & Service

New release January 15, 2025

Installation & Services

We want to support flexibility in the actual delivery of service. Until now, if you updated a start time, the end time would automatically be updated with a predefined interval (and vice versa). Order management now has a function that lets you determine whether the start and end times should have a specific interval between them. This also means that you do not need to specify an exact start time to your customer but can indicate a time frame in which you will arrive. Please see the image explanation below:

Improvements to the Customer Card

No more searching across multiple places for customer information! We’ve made the customer card more user-friendly:

  • Customer name directly in the menu: Previously, only the customer number was displayed. Now, you can see the customer name, making it quicker to find the right customer.
  • Overview of orders and sales invoices: You can now view all a customer’s orders and sales invoices directly from the customer card. This provides a comprehensive overview and saves you time.

New Search Function in System Settings

Struggling to find a specific setting? Not anymore! Our new search function allows you to quickly locate and navigate to the setting you need. Simply type your search term, and the system will suggest options. One click, and you’re there!


Supplier Invoices All in One Place

You can now get a quick overview of all supplier invoices for a specific supplier. A new menu gives you everything you need – right at your fingertips.


Stability and Bug Fixes

We’ve focused on enhancing stability and resolved 17 bugs in this update. Here are some of the most important fixes:

  • Improved calendar functionality: When deleting an event, it now disappears immediately without requiring a page refresh.
  • Several fixes for orders and quotes: Issues with filtering, incorrect price display, and overlapping addresses have been resolved.
  • Updated time registration: Start and end times now adjust correctly when changes are made.
