NEW: Improvements to the Scheduler and Calendar

As part of this week's Ordrestyring's update, we've been working to make the system better for you. This includes adjustments and improvements to both the Scheduler and the Calendar. Below is a quick overview of the new features and improvements. The errors that occurred during the rollout earlier this week have now also been fixed.

• Updated design in both the calendar and scheduler
• Select all employees at once, or filter them by job type, when scheduling time
• Delete a scheduled time slot for all assigned employees in a single action
• Copy an event by holding Shift while dragging
• Live preview while creating — the event updates as you change times or employees
• You'll get a warning about overlapping events
• Returns you to the same date view when you come back
• Week numbers in the calendar are now correct for 2026
• If "Follow opening hours" is turned on, events will now follow the opening hours and open/closed days specified in the settings

There are also general system updates that make the system faster to work in. For example, faster time approval and case search.

NEW: Improvement to the Outbox

As part of this week's Ordrestyring's update, we've also been working to make the Outbox better for you. This includes adjustments and improvements.

The Status icon now shows the correct status: Completed (message has been opened or received), Pending (message has been resent, is in process, has been sent, or is sending), and Error (message has been marked as spam, has a temporary rejection/soft bounce, or a permanent rejection/hard bounce).

The errors that occurred during the rollout earlier this week have now also been fixed.
