Once BikerBot talks to customers and has a full conversation, it will create a note summary; these notes can be shared within your CRM or other systems using hyperlinks.  This article explains a few different methods to share and link to customer notes.

Adding "switches" at the end of the note URL lets you change the note style from a summary to a text to HTML or automatically sync it with your CRM or current lead system.  

You can use this feature to share notes with your team, clients, or anyone else who needs access to the information.

Basic Note Link

To share a note, you can use a standard link structure:

https://notes.bikerbot.net/{note-id}

Replace {note-id} with the actual ID of your note.

Switches

1. Complete Switch

You may use the complete switch when you want to share the entire conversation, providing detailed information. Adding /complete to the end of the note link will display the full conversation:

https://notes.bikerbot.net/{note-id}/complete

2. JSON Switch

For sharing note data in a machine-readable format, the JSON switch is handy. If you want to share the note data in JSON format, add /json:

3. Text Switch

When a simplified, text-only version of the note is sufficient, use the text switch. To display the note in a plain text version, add /text:

4. Note-Link Switch

To share a concise summary with a link back to the full note, use the note-link switch. For a summary with a link back to the full note, use /note-link:
