We now have a “Last Manual Note Date” option in Advanced Search.

Google and several other large email providers has recently made a change that will block or stop sending emails that do not use a registered domain name. So to comply with this new rule we have to add your domain to their "white list". In order to do this we will send you some DNS info that you have to update.
DO NOT WORRY IT IS VERY SIMPLE AND FAST
Give us a call and we can step you thru this process, all you have to do is add several "cname" dns records to your domain name which authorizes the sending of email. We are actively contacting all our customers but if you discover that email is not sending it may be because of this change. The process takes about 5 to 10 minutes to do but it requires that you log into your godaddy (or whoever you bought the domain from) and add a new dns record that tells google that it is ok to send email. By default, the contact card notes display the MANUAL NOTES (comments added by a Hyperdrive user)
To see the SYSTEM NOTES, just tick the "Include System Notes" box. (The option you choose will be saved unless you modify it.)
Note: Even if you don't include system notes in your view, the note count will always include both manual and system notes.
If an Email Blast is planned to go out for a future date, the confirmation now provides more comprehensive information about the scheduled details.
TIP 1: Include The Opt-Out Text In Every SMS
Please do not forget to check the box that says.. "Opt-out reply STOP." when sending text messages to your customer. If you do not do this then your campaign will automatically be paused once it hits the phone carriers.
Previously we sent your campaigns and then what would happen is the phone carriers would not deliver your message if it did not include this. This approach was misleading because some messages did not get sent. Now with this new system it will automatically stop your campaign from sending if you do not have these opt out messages.
TIP 2:Use OurURL Shortner Not Bitly or TinyURL
If your texting a URL do not use Bitly or TinyRUl to shorten it, instead use our URL shortner as those can get flagged for spam.

The United States is changing their cell phone texting rules next year and things are getting much more "strict" than they have been previously. Because of this we need to comply with several polices beyond just "opt-in" rules and all numbers must be 10DLC ready including our shared pool of numbers.
WE RECOMMEND YOU REGISTER FOR A 10DLC NUMBER BEFORE IT GETS BUSY
The 10DLC is a special phone number that is provided by cell phone carries that ensure you can send a mass text to cell phones without getting blocked or delayed.
HOW TO SETUP YOUR 10DLC PHONE NUMBER
We recommend setting up your own 10DLC number for a fee of $500 and a monthly maintenance fee of $40. This is 100% optional with the carriers but it will help your deliverability increase, otherwise there could be a chance that your text could be delayed when scheduled by the carriers.
ABOUT 10DLC NUMBERS AND HOW "TRUST SCORES" WORK
With 10DLC (10-digit long codes), you can send high volumes of messages from a local number. It has been specially designed and sanctioned for business messaging. We’ll help you submit information about your brand and use case to receive a trust score which will determine how many messages you can send per day. Pre-existing long codes will be required to update to 10DLC. A 10DLC number is essentially a local 10-digit phone number that can support higher volumes of text messages.
No action needs to be taken, you'll automatically be upgraded to the latest Verizon of sms marketing by December 1st. However if you are having problems with sending sms messages and noticing that some messages are being delayed or not sent please contact us and we will upgrade you earlier.
WHY ARE WE UPGRADING THE SMS MARKETING SYSTEM
Starting November 15th, 2021, ATT, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular have changed their sms text anti-spam filter rules, impacting specific customers who are using long codes. These rules are now causing some SMS messages not to be delivered or may result in unacceptable delays or possible blocks.
These changes with the carriers were scheduled for January 1st, 2022, but we have noticed some dealers are experiencing these changes early. Previously if your customers "opt-in" to SMS, the cell phone carriers would not apply a "spam filter check" to your messages. That is no longer the case.
Since this is now happening, it is causing some text messages to be delayed or even blocked since one of the filters that are used are....
"do not allow messages to be sent more than 1 time per month from the same 10 digit number for marketing purposes".
So anyone who tries to send a message more than once a month would violate this spam rule and potentially get blocked.
It was our understanding that these changes were not going to happen until January 1st, 2022. Our plans where to migrated all customers to a platform that could support number rotation which would comply with this unique rule that is causing people to be blocked.

Otherwise will will automatically upgrade you by Dec 1st, no additional action is needed on your part unless you are experiencing issues now with sending and wish to upgraded early. Alternatively, you can also purchase a "shortcode marketing number" from the carriers starting at $500 per month and we can easily port it to your account.
