Recently customers have asked us why we do not upgrade our data gateway devices to run windows 10.  These devices are used to talk to your dealer system and then publish it to your rewards system.   We posted a short article that explains this here.

Google Chrome pushed out an update this morning, 12/12/20, at 12:00 AM Central that caused reward bucks to stop printing; this issue was fixed at 1 PM Central.   

There was a 1-hour window, which reward bucks did not print today between 12PM and 1 PM - NOW FIXED

This issue was not a global problem, as it only affected customers who had "automatic update my browser" turned on with their chrome browsers.  

This is now resolved
