We have gotten feedback from dealers looking for ways to create unique custom perks to help separate them from their competition with the new launch of the National H-D Rewards program, and we listened!   

More Than Rewards is proud to announce that we will offer a new Add-On to work with the local Rider Rewards Loyalty and National HD Rewards customers.   This new add-on allows dealers to create unique in-store experiences beyond point-based rewards in traditional loyalty programs such as Rider Rewards or the HD National Rewards program.  Think of this as the ultimate upgrade; the best part is it's FREE if you're already a Rider Rewards customer! 


HOW IT WORKS :
We'll be providing more details the first week of April, but in short, customers will enter their phone number on the keypad and be sent a text with a store "mission", store missions will automatically change every week!  This could be a poker run, scavenger hunt, quiz, or more.  The customer will go around the store and scan unique QR codes hidden throughout the dealership each week, collecting virtual Patches.   Once they contain so many patches, they will win free prizes!    You'll be able to "set it and forget it" or you can log in to the admin portal and fully customize the missions.   We will have hundreds of missions, and every dealer's mission will be different.   Even "Cashing Out" those "Virtual Patches" will be unique at each location, so you'll be able to fully customize the benefits for your dealer franchise and local brand.   

Rider Rewards dealers will be sent an "Upgrade Kit," including a new branded banner sign for their keypad, in-store signs, and marketing materials, promoting the quests.   

Whether you're using our flagship proven loyalty product Rider Rewards, or the new National H-D Rewards, you'll be able to leverage the power of CHROME QUEST at your dealership and stand out from your competition.

When used in conjunction with the search button, this is both sophisticated AND quick!

HYPERDRIVE CRM UPDATE - Apply a filter to display only manual notes

We now have a “Last Manual Note Date” option in Advanced Search.

This search function will do the following:

  • It filters contacts with user-added comments.
  • It excludes all notes originating from workflows, emails, and other sources.
  • Display contacts only if they have notes left by a Hyperdrive user within the predetermined time period.

ATTENTION: IF YOU SEND EMAIL NEWSLETTERS AND HAVE NOT UPDATED YOUR DNS YET, PLEASE CONTACT US!

Google and several other large email providers has recently made a change that will block or stop sending emails that do not use a registered domain name.  So to comply with this new rule we have to add your domain to their "white list".    In order to do this we will send you some DNS info that you have to update.  

DO NOT WORRY IT IS VERY SIMPLE AND FAST 

Give us a call and we can step you thru this process, all you have to do is add several "cname" dns records to your domain name which authorizes the sending of email. We are actively contacting all our customers but if you discover that email is not sending it may be because of this change.    The process takes about 5 to 10 minutes to do but it requires that you log into your godaddy (or whoever you bought the domain from) and add a new dns record  that tells google that it is ok to send email.   We'll step you thru the whole process when you give us a call at 414-326-4100 or email us at support@moretahnrewards.com

HYPERDRIVE CRM UPDATE - Sorting manual and system notes

By default, the contact card notes display the MANUAL NOTES (comments added by a Hyperdrive user)

To see the SYSTEM NOTES, just tick the "Include System Notes" box. (The option you choose will be saved unless you modify it.)

Note: Even if you don't include system notes in your view, the note count will always include both manual and system notes.

SMS - Don't Forget To Include Opt-Out Or You'll Get Paused

TIP 1:  Include The Opt-Out Text In Every SMS 
Please do not forget to check the box that says.. "Opt-out reply STOP." when sending text messages to your customer. If you do not do this then your campaign will automatically be paused once it hits the phone carriers.


Previously we sent your campaigns and then what would happen is the phone carriers would not deliver your message if it did not include this.  This approach was misleading because some messages did not get sent.  Now with this new system it will automatically stop your campaign from sending if you do not have these opt out messages. 

TIP 2:Use OurURL Shortner Not Bitly or TinyURL
If your texting a URL do not use Bitly or TinyRUl to shorten it, instead use our URL shortner as those can get flagged for spam.
