The Rebooter is here!

The new Rebooter powerup is now available in Gimkit! Activate it and you’ll be able to reuse all the powerups you’ve already purchased!

Notes from the changelog:

• Allows you to reuse all the powerups you've already purchased & used
• Does not apply for powerups currently active. Meaning, wait until your shield & discounter expire to use them again!
• Costs $1000 + 30% of balance
• Enabled in Live Games + Homework Games

We just released a small update to fix two bugs:

Students placed into random live games
Last week teachers started pointing out that some of their students were getting placed into incorrect Kits. This issue came with v3.2 when we added a way for disconnected students to get back into their games. We added a patch that fixed this issue while still allowing students to get back into their games.

Google Chrome translation cheat
Also, last week, several teachers pointed out that in foreign language Kits students were able to use Chrome's translation feature to quickly find correct answers. We disabled Google Chrome’s translate option for Gimkit players to prevent cheating in foreign language Kits.

Thanos Mode is a new limited-time mode available in Gimkit until May 3rd! Here's how it works:

• 6 Infinity Stones are available in the shop
• Students answer questions and upgrade to earn enough cash to purchase the stones
• The first student to acquire all 6 Infinity Stones wins the game
• When the game ends, half of the students will get "snapped"!
