When enrolling students, set which language they’ll receive the welcome-to-campus email in. Customize your experience from the first minute!

Remember, if you don’t specify a language, the default language will be the one from your client account. 

IMPORTANT: When activating their account, students will be able to edit their language preferences.

In order to help boost student engagement, the default duration for new classes will be set to 3 weeks.  

You’ll be able to extend this window if students need more time to finish.

Your credentials will be the same as before. Log in to keep an eye on your training!

Who is Agile for? Agile is aimed at all professional profiles, especially those looking for continuous improvement and/or different ways to work and achieve their goals.

You can now enroll your students more quickly and easily using our CSV templates. Just follow these steps:

1. Download our sample CSV (list template) 
   
2. Open the file and copy/paste your student list.
3. Save it as a CSV (Save As ".csv")
4. Click "Upload CSV," select the saved file, and your students will be enrolled!

How does this help me? It offers faster and headache-free management via a lightweight file that’s easily recognized by our platform. The template can be downloaded at any time from the enrollment section. If you prefer, you can also use your own CSV document.

For example, “The Successful Leader” Learning Pathway includes the following courses from our catalog:

Leadership and team management (Pacific) + Delegation (Sahara) + Feedback (Aqua) + Coaching (Echo). This itinerary will help your workforce develop the skills they need to effectively lead people, teams, and organizations.

This new feature can be found on the left-hand menu, “Campus” > Learning Pathways (available for customers who have a subscription and open classes). 

What benefits do these Learning Pathways provide? Your employees will follow a guided path as they learn and sharpen their skills via a series of complementary and interrelated courses.

How does it help me? You’ll have access to eye-catching information about:

• Your plan: number of free vs. total seats and days until renewal.
• Hours: total number of hours played by your students and average hours of training per seat
• Metrics: applicability rate, recommendation rate, average user rating, NPS.
• And: courses with the most students, student comments, latest classes.

Discover a new report, "Student list," available in the Reports section: 

Use cases:

• Monitor the number of completed courses
• Keep track of training time per student
• Analyze pending courses
• Identify inactive students

• Understand the keys to conflict. 
• Practice the “KAOS” method for conflict resolution.
