New label: "Withdrawn Course"

As you know, at Gamelearn, we’re continuously reviewing our courses to make sure what we’re offering is of the highest quality and always evolving to better adapt to the needs of corporate training.

➡️ For this reason, courses under review will be temporarily removed from the catalog for the duration of the process. These courses will be marked with a "Course withdrawn" label in the "Courses" section:

[Example]

IMPORTANT: If you have any students in the middle of the course, don’t worry! They’ll be able to start or finish it without any problem :)

📣 We’ve improved the Admin’s design

To make it easier to navigate and for a better user experience, we’ve updated the look and feel of the Admin’s tabs as well as their various sections and forms (see example below) to have a more uniform style. Tell us what you think 😉

Get an overview of your students and their seat usage

How are your students using their Gamelearn seats? Have they activated their account? Have they started at least one course?

👉 Answer these questions quickly and easily in the "Students" section on the platform. There, you’ll see a new column that lets you sort by status:

  1. “Pending”: students who are registered in the Admin but haven’t created a password yet.
  2. "Activated": students who have created a password but haven’t started playing a game yet.
  3. "In training": students who have started playing at least one game.
  4. "Restricted": students who have been deactivated.
  5. "Anonymized": students who have been anonymized. Their personal data is not visible.

🏆  Pro tip: Use the filter to send personalized messages to all students under a certain status. It’s never been quicker (or easier) to encourage your students to play! 🔝

New follow-up notifications

As often as you choose (every 1, 2, or 4 weeks), you can get information about how to better utilize the Gamelearn platform sent straight to your inbox.

As an administrator, these new follow-up notifications will contain the following sections:

1. An activity summary. At a glance, stay in the loop about the following metrics:

  • # of seats occupied in recent weeks
  • # of active users
  • # of training hours
  • Average hours per player

2. Alerts. If there are any actions we recommend taking to improve your experience or get more out of the platform, we’ll let you know here :)

3. Your classes. Access concise information about the classes you manage and find a button that takes you directly to them for more information.

4. New courses available. New releases from the past four weeks.

Knowing the full status of your account (and how to improve it) has never been so easy 🎉
