We have launched AQUA, our new serious game on giving effective feedback.
With AQUA, your students will improve their communication skills in just 1 hour of practical exercises and role-plays.
While you take upon the role of Gina to help keep an ecovillage alive, your students will understand the importance of giving effective feedback to help her team reach their main goal.
Thanks to API, now you can reflect the Gamelearn training data to your own platform.
What does API provide me? You can have automated reporting with all the progress data of your students and status of your classes directly in your LMS.
What is the advantage? You no longer need to download the reports from our LMS and manually uploading the files in your LMS. It is much easier and faster!
Are you interested? Get in touch with your CS manager and the person in charge of managing your LMS so that we can begin the preparations.
What can I do in the ‘My Courses’ tab? You can choose the default access you want for all the games and also edit the access individually as well. This is later reflected in the Student Campus and how they will be visualizing the games available. Have you seen how the catalog is growing?
Remember, every time we launch a new game, it will have the access mode that you have configured in ‘Default access to courses’ dropdown in ‘My Courses’ tab.
You will also be able to review all of the games that are available to launch for your employees. Access now and click on ‘My Organization’ -> ‘My Courses’ to see all the games available.
The celebration hasn't stopped yet! We have launched our new serious game Crypto, on cybersecurity.
The BETA version of Crypto is already available in Spanish, English and French in our Campus and soon it will be available in German as well.
What will you learn with Crypto? This game will show us how to identify common actions that could impair the security of your computer data, techniques and tricks to protect your devices and social networks, and detect and prevent email and communication network attacks.
Will you be able to help Alex stop the hackers? Your mission is to infiltrate the company and detect its security holes.
You can go ahead and train your students in the best practices of cybersecurity and also check out the access of each game in the “My Courses” tab.
We would like to celebrate with you! We have launched our new serious game about coaching.
The BETA version of Echo is already available in Spanish, English and French in our Campus and soon it will be available in German as well.
What skills will you develop through Echo? The player will practice in real-life sessions so that their coachee can define objectives, explore options and alternatives, and elaborate an action plan to overcome various obstacles through the journey.
Will you be able to help Nagisa and assist in implementing a global strategy to eliminate plastic from our oceans?
With Echo, your team will be able to complement leadership skills (especially if they have already played Pacific) and strengthen their development on empathy, assertive communication, analytical thinking, decision making, etc.

Our LMS allows you to perform a massive download of all the diplomas of the students of a class, in a single click.
How is it done? You can do it "in bulk" from the enrollment tab (within a class), using this button:
How can you benefit from this? You can get all diplomas of your employees quickly and easily in case you want to distribute them internally. Remember that students will also have the certificates available in the campus.
You can now manage more than one account in the LMS with a single administrator user. If you have more than one account to monitor you now have the possibility to do so (e.g. various headquarters).
How to switch between the accounts? Once you login, simply select the account you want to manage on the top right part (near account name):
Request your Customer Success Manager to have this new option configured for you to save time and effort.
You can extend the game duration of an individual student more than the x weeks established in the class.
You can configure automatic extensions on a class basis.
How does this benefit you? If you enable this option, in the Campus each student will have an ‘Extend’ button to the corresponding course. This button will appear when the game duration is over but the class is still active.
How does this option help you? If a student clicks on ‘Extend’ and you have sufficient credits or an active subscription, the game duration will automatically be extended by another week and the student will be able to continue. You can take advantage by establishing shorter deadlines to push the students to finish and later offer additional time if required.
(If you have credits, the system will notify you that 3 credits (new credits) will be charged per game for an extra week (beyond 8 weeks of game duration) from the moment the student has clicked on ‘Extend’. If you have a subscription there is no additional cost applied).
Now within each class you have a ‘Dashboard’ tab available to monitor the progress of your students.
You will now see more visual graphs of the progress of your class:
