We have now switched Barclaycard to use Open Banking connections. All users who are impacted have been emailed, and should migrate as soon as possible to avoid disruption.

We now have the ability to increase your TrueLayer connection limit from the default of 5.

The price of this is essentially your current subscription price for every additional 5 connections.

As a follow up to our email a few weeks ago, all connections to HSBC that are still using Credential Sharing have now been disabled. You will be required to reconnect using Open Banking.

This is due to new regulations coming into force that require 2 factor authentication for bank logins, which prevents Credential Sharing from working.

Unfortunately, HSBC have not made Credit Cards or Savings Accounts available via Open Banking yet, so these are not supported as of right now. We will update customers when this happens.

All Teller connections have now been fully removed, and will no longer sync. This is due to Teller shutting down their API as mentioned in previous posts.

First Direct is now back online (Open Banking was all fine) for existing connections.
