As a follow up to our email a few weeks ago, all connections to Natwest that are still using Credential Sharing have now been disabled. You will be required to reconnect using Open Banking.

This is due to new regulations coming into force that require 2 factor authentication for bank logins, which prevents Credential Sharing from working.
